Known for her naïve-style paintings and bold, vibrant colours, Lee Youngji captures everyday moments. Happily married, most of her illustrations depict doves in pairs, lush trees, plentiful ripe fruits, and beautiful landscapes, which have become her central theme. Lee uses traditional Korean paper, and creating a Korean traditional painting takes time to prepare the foundation for her artworks.
