Construction of Memories explores the fragile relationship between memory, material, and transformation. Using industrial steel wire as an armature and layers of porcelain slip, I construct forms that exist between strength and vulnerability, order and collapse. During firing, the interac-tion between clay, wire, heat, and gravity creates unpredictable cracks, distortions, and tensions that become integral to the work. These physical transformations mirror the way memories are continually built, altered, and eroded over time. The series reflects on impermanence, resilience, and the traces of human experience, revealing beauty within instability and the delicate balance between control and uncertainty.
